Buyer Beware, Dell Customer service and products SUCK


Bought my Hokie soph a new laptop for Xmas because his was 5 yrs old.
Bought it in Nov, Screen went dead last weekend. No physical damage and they will not cover it. Supposedly LCD Internal workings are damaged. Total BS.
Had to pay 245.00 to fix it.
There response was" well you don't have to pay the money ".
